Customer Feedback

The views of Attractor’s clients about the value for money we provide and our contribution to their successes are actively sought and used to refine our approach to work.

Attractor is only truly successful where it helps clients deliver key change goals and when client stakeholders gain vital insight and knowledge which enables them to sustain change.

It is important to us we help people create the visions, strategies and plans which allow them to deliver key performance improvement targets.

With strategies and plans in place, we aim to support effective action to address the social and technical issues that make change successful.

We asked some of our clients to provide us with feedback we could share with other. Attractor is pleased to be able to share some testimonals below.

Kelvin Cheatle – Director of Workforce, West London Mental Health Trust

“Vince Lammas worked with our Trust over a two year period on a complex HR systems project. Not only are his technical skills excellent but he also offers a good understanding of the NHS and how to handle relationships in a big, complex organisation. His services have proved invaluable and are highly valued by us”

Graeme Jolly - Director of Workforce and Governance, Newham University Hospitals NHS Trust

“Attractor’s work on a simple to use, cost effective benchmarking tool for measuring the cost effectiveness of HR functions is an excellent contribution to operational efficiency in the NHS. Great Results, Personable and Good Value”

Jane Bridger – Head of Employee Services, Bradford District Care Trust

“Attractor’s contribution to what we are trying to achieve here has been and continues to be invaluable.  It has helped us greatly by formulating our thoughts/ideas into a coherent plan and added to this many ideas we hadn’t thought of but which make absolute sense going forward.

I set off on this journey with a good idea of where I wanted to go but without fully understanding how I would get there – particularly with the added complication of our consortium arrangement. Attractor’s experience of working with other Trusts certainly added value to the work you have done for us.”

Jo Sidebottom - Account Manager, NHS – Electronic Staff Record Programme

“Alongside his “day job” as Deputy Director of HR, Vince was Newham’s Project Manager on the NHS Oracle HRMS system implementation. I was his Account Manager representing the national project team so we worked very closely during the pilot phase.

From the start, I was struck by Vince’s enthusiasm and vision. Not just focusing on the implementation plan, he had a real grasp of the implications of business change. He soon became recognised amongst other project managers nationally as a leader on this aspect of the implementation.

It was largely for this reason that Newham was subsequently selected as one of only three forward pilots nationally. In what was sometimes a volatile environment, Vince was unfailingly calm, even-tempered, and maintained a sense of perspective. He was also great fun, and it was a pleasure to work with him.”

Neil Everatt - Managing Director, Software Europe

“With the sales process complete it is vital to show that savings are being made and money is flowing back into patient care. Vince was a key part of the NHS Blood and Transplant project team that was responsible for deploying expenses2010.

Vince has the vision that keeps projects focused and is able to refresh the process and not, to use his own phrase, ‘automate a mess’. We look forward to working with Vince again to deliver more savings for our NHS customers.”

Adi Ben-Nesher - IT Training Manager, NHS

“Vince is one of the best project managers I have had the pleasure to work with. He has a very good understanding of how to convert the vision of programs and projects into a real process, business case and blueprint. For the time I spent in the NHS, Vince was the best PM to work with, as we got to do unique and innovative projects that had influenced the entire NHS HR community.”

Liz Flatt – Head of Employee Services NHS Blood and Transplant

“NHSBT has worked with Attractor since 2003 on a number of projects including ESR implementation and process review.  Attractor’s wealth of experience in HR and payroll business processes has supported and enabled NHSBT in ensuring efficient and innovative use of the systems and tools available to us.  Their organised and focussed approach equipped NHSBT to continue to cooperatively develop and improve business processes, particularly in response to the changing demands made of these services.”
